If CPC had replied to this and annswered questions 1 - 6  the matter would have ended.

Instead CPC ignored it,   then employed a Solicitor to pursue it,  then tried to keep it all secret in closed sessions,    then defied the Information Commissioner to try to keep it secret for several more years,    then got a Criminal Caution,    then kept all that secret...........Oh dear!  

NB.  The then clerk Mrs Rosemary Rowe resigned in June 2004 and handed over to Mrs J Hoskin, the current Clerk.
