Its purpose appears to be to conceal, not inform.
This is what it should tell you.
 
 
1) MEETINGS.  CPC meets on 3rd Tuesday of every Month at 7.30 PM
Meetings alternate between Cardinham Parish Hall and Millpool Chapel (May-Millpool)
Public Participation.  Parishioners can address the meeting 7.30 - 7.40.

   -  includes: Roads, housing, planning applications, footpaths, transport, and policies affecting you.
They should also act for you and take your concerns and problems to the appropriate authority.

Location.  A large Parish,  4 miles N-S, and 2 miles E-W, lying due E of Bodmin

5) PARISH COUNCIL NOTICE BOARD.
This is a waste of space.  Its purpose seems to be to conceal
.It is sited on the School wall in the centre of Cardinham Village.
It displays the Agenda and old minutes (Currently over 3 months old, as the website)
It is normally unreadable due to rain and condensation.
